1 /5 JESHA HUNT: No stars should be given, Im actually notifying the better business bureau for the inconsistencies of branch policy when it comes to this bank. The "Owners", whoever they may be, tend to make, change and enforce rules depending on how they feel about the client personally. Policies should be the same for every client regardless if this a "credit union" or not. I even received a letter threatening me to keep a "kind" attitude inside the bank and while conducting MY financial business or else. As if I had been "rude" or "loud" inside the bank at some point and I never was. Very intimidating and the "manager" feel as if he is the gatekeeper to your financial abilities while you are a member of this credit union. POOR, POOR service and will be getting a letter regarding ethical business practices regarding my experience with this bank.
